inversely proportional to the input signal while the
OUT pin gives the analog converted output.

The Voltage-to-Time conversion ( V in to PO) must be
reconstructed (see Functional Block Diagram) to
give an analog voltage output at OUT pin.
OUT pin swings from V RL to V RH , so the analog
output (referred to V SS ) follows Eq. 3:
